In addition to the project team, documents will be created to provide relevant information required for tendering the interior design elements for the fit-out, while also producing recommendations for suitable subcontractors, assisting with the tender process where necessary
Our Development stage, builds upon refining the Concept stage to create the final design. We present the developed designs and details, soft furnishings and specifications, through drawing packages and project schedules. The Development stage also includes the overall finalisation of the design through carefully curated project processes and management.
