Sam Harb - Project Director
Sam is an experienced construction project manager with a proven track record of success in delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget. With over 19 years of experience within the property development & construction industry as well as completing projects in both the UK and further afield, Sam has extensive knowledge in the areas of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and risk management. He is adept at formulating project plans and managing the day to day operations onsite. Sam is expertise in leading teams and is well recognised within the industry, and he is well versed in the latest construction management technologies. Sam takes pride in his ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality.

Freya Bennett - Project Manager
Freya is an Interior Design Graduate from KLC School of Design, with 5 years experience transforming residential and commercial spaces into beautiful and functional environments. She specialises in creating unique and innovative designs that reflect her clients’ personalities and needs. With her keen eye for detail and her ability to stay abreast of the latest trends. She has extensive experience in project management, space planning, 2D/3D plans and visuals through technical drawings and detailing, using predominantly AutoCAD, Revit & Photoshop. She is committed to creating beautiful and comfortable spaces that are both functional and timeless.
