Luxury Hospitality Redefined in Dubai | Anantra Hotel by AMBIA

Project: Dubai, UAE

Type: New Build – Luxury Hospitality

Style: Sculptural Minimalism with Cultural Undertones

Rising from the Dubai desert skyline, this hotel, previously known as The Oberio Hotel and now rebranded as The Anantra Hotel Downtown Dubai, was conceived as a sculptural landmark—where architecture, hospitality, and atmosphere converge. AMBIA’s design approach centred on light, texture, and cultural nuance, delivering a retreat that feels immersive, refined, and quietly iconic. Completing the hotel restaurants, landscape, exterior, lobby and 250 luxurious rooms and suites overlooking the Burj Khalifa

The interiors are layered with sun-washed materials and custom detailing, evoking both regional influence and international sophistication. Guest suites feel residential yet elevated, while shared spaces—from the lobby to the rooftop—unfold with a cinematic sense of calm, shadow, and openness.

This is more than a place to stay; it is a sensory experience shaped by warmth, elegance, and intention.
